and cost - prices of origial artwork do not include postage and packing
charges (although customers are most welcome to visit me at
my studio where there may also be other work available). |

is adequately insured when returning it - this cost will be reinbursed.
Without full cover a complete refund will not be possible in the event
of damage in transit)
