REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any product please return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not include postage costs).

 Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original immediate packaging and the product must be unused. 

Any product(s) which are and have been used will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice.

Please respect returned goods as a handling fee may be applied if the above conditions are not complied with and a handling fee will be applied to goods which are ordered specially for the customer. Commissioned goods or made to order items are non-refundable.

To arrange a return please call us on 01422 881469 or e-mail stellamays@me.com. We will then arrange for our couriers to collect the goods. You must supply us with a daytime collection address for our couriers – they will specify which day they will collect but not a time so the item must be available during normal business hours.

Alternatively you may post the item back to us in its original packaging, It is strongly advisable that when making returns that you obtain proof of postage as we will not refund on goods which have not been delivered to us. Where possible please use Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service

Refunds are made by cheque and may take up to 14 days. 

In the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit the customer must inform us within 2 days of receiving delivery and after this period no responsibility will be accepted by us for any damage to the goods.
